The administrator opens the round, adds registers individually or by primary family, then assigns cashiers. A line open to everyone is also possible. Registers and families are defined in the Cash register directory.
You already know who works at each register. The challenge is to connect this organization with the actual cash counts, right through to store closing.
In Monetec, a round groups counts selected by the store under one identifier, without requiring a calendar day as the only grouping criterion.
The manager selects the registers involved and, if desired, the cashiers responsible for counting them. Each count is then assigned to this round.
Unlike a simple Excel schedule, the plan is more than a reference: it guides cashiers to authorized counts and tracks their completion.
It organizes staff and workstations.
It links registered tills and cashiers to the official round.
The results and their closing status drive the round's progress.
Above all, a Monetec round is a set of counts sharing the same round number. It is not necessarily limited to a calendar day or a fixed duration.
The manager opens the round, selects the registers and cashiers involved, then closes it according to operational needs. Each count retains its date, but the grouping depends on the round it belongs to, rather than simply filtering by day.
A single day may contain several separate rounds, and a round may include counts made on different dates while it remains open.
Bring together counts from the same working arrangement.
Create a separate round for a set of registers or a particular operation.
Find all counts from the same round without matching their dates one by one.
The manager has already organized the team. They open a Monetec round and add the registers scheduled for closing.
The benefit isn't simply knowing how to create a schedule: it is the link between the schedule and the actual completion of counts.
The administrator opens the round, adds registers individually or by primary family, then assigns cashiers. A line open to everyone is also possible. Registers and families are defined in the Cash register directory.
Cashiers sign in and use their usual Monetec counting modules. The app prioritizes individual assignments over lines open to everyone.
The manager reviews statuses, identifies unfinished counts and closes the round, recording any required adjustments.
The screens show how to open a round, assign registers, track progress and handle adjustments. The table with different statuses is a demonstration illustration.

Before counting: a clearly defined plan with the relevant registers and staff.
During counting: a dashboard separating not started, in progress and completed, sortable by register, cashier or status.
At the end: a check of remaining operations and group closing, without confusing completed registers with those awaiting adjustments.
This continuity between organization, execution and verification is what makes Monetec round management valuable.
No need to copy counting statuses into a separate spreadsheet one by one.
Operations belong to the same official round.
An unfinished register is flagged even if the round must be closed.
A cashier couldn't complete a count? When the round is closed, Monetec flags any unfinished counts.
The manager can close the round while keeping these operations as pending adjustments. The cashier can later review and resolve them.
The system shows unfinished lines during closing.
The affected counts are kept for later adjustment.
Adjustments can be handled later, without losing the distinction between statuses.
Your organization is already in place. Monetec extends it to counting operations and round closing.
