General terms of sale — Equipment

Terms of sale for equipment compatible with the Monetec ecosystem.

1. Scope and seller

These general terms govern equipment sold by GENETEC SARL within the Monetec ecosystem where the sales process makes them applicable. Order-specific terms, statutory warranties and mandatory provisions prevail.

GENETEC SARL, 360E route de La Tour d’Aigues, 84120 La Bastidonne, France, Avignon Trade Register 432 851 814.

2. Equipment and compatibility

Equipment may require the Monetec Android application, compatible peripherals or separately subscribed services. Compatibility stated for each product should be checked before purchase.

3. Order and acceptance

Equipment features, quantities, price, taxes, delivery charges and applicable conditions are communicated before order confirmation. The order becomes binding in accordance with the purchase process.

4. Prices, payment and invoices

Business prices may be stated excluding VAT. Applicable taxes and charges are specified before payment. Billing details must be accurate. Discounts apply only when expressly confirmed for the order.

5. Availability and delivery

Equipment availability and shipping times or estimates are stated during the sale. If an item is unavailable or delayed, the customer is informed of possible solutions while respecting statutory rights.

6. Returns and withdrawal

All statutory rights of withdrawal remain fully protected. Any additional commercial return arrangements for business purchasers are those specified and accepted at the time of order.

For returns, suitable packaging is recommended. The absence of original packaging alone does not exclude applicable statutory warranties or rights.

7. Warranties and support

GENETEC provides applicable statutory equipment warranties, including protection against hidden defects and, where the buyer qualifies as a consumer, the statutory guarantee of conformity.

After-sales support: support@monetec.com.

8. Use and counting results

Equipment and the application are counting aids. Results must be verified before accounting, tax or financial use, particularly if an anomaly occurs or measurement conditions are unsuitable.

9. Intellectual property and data

Buying equipment does not transfer rights in associated software, trademarks or services. Data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Claims and disputes

Contractual enquiries: legal@monetec.com. These terms are subject to French law, without prejudice to mandatory applicable provisions.
