Guarantee period : On all the Monetec products you have a 24 months guarantee starting from the date of acquisition. This guarantee include free repairs or possible replacement following a problem related to manufacture. Contact us to receive your "number return. The forwarding charges are shared (you pay the charges for shipment to Monetec and Monetec pays the charges for the return). Out of the period of guarantee, the expenses of repair and forwarding are with your load and after acceptance of an estimate. Contact us to receive your "return number".

Dead on arrival : Is the device not functioning within 8 days after receiving it? The device will be replaced free of charge, Contact us to receive your "return number".

10 day satisfaction guarantee : If you are not completely satisfied with the device you bought you can return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 10 days after receipt and we will refund the amount of the purchase. Before you return the device, please contact the Monetec for an "return number".

Step plan guarantee and deficiencies : 1. Contact the Monetec for assistance, 2. You receive an "number return" in case of a deficiency, 3. Return the device to Monetec as described above, together with a copy of the invoice and the "return number" stated on it.
